If you’re looking for a showstopping main dish to elevate your Eid spread, look no further than this Royal Chicken Curry – a rich, aromatic, and flavour-packed curry that lives up to its name. Made with a luxurious blend of warming spices, marinated chicken, creamy yogurt, fried onions, and almond paste, this dish is inspired by the grandeur of Mughlai-style cooking.

What sets this curry apart is its depth of flavour – from the whole spices tempered in hot oil to the delicate sweetness of almonds and the earthiness of dried fenugreek. It’s a dish that feels indulgent yet comforting, perfect for sharing with loved ones on special occasions like Eid, family gatherings, or even a weekend dinner when you’re in the mood to treat yourself.

The marinade helps tenderise the chicken and infuse it with bold spices, while the slow cooking brings everything together into a rich, velvety gravy that pairs beautifully with naan, roti, or steamed basmati rice.

Whether you’re hosting a festive feast or just want to bring royal flavours to your home kitchen, this Royal Chicken Curry is guaranteed to impress.
