Who doesn’t like Chapli Kebabs? They are easy to make and taste so yummy! Let’s get on with the recipe 🙂

Ingredients

Mince meat 1/2 kg (beef or lamb)

Green onion 1 cup diced

Tomatoes 1 chopped

Onion small diced

Fresh coriander 1/2 cup

Fresh mint 1/4 cup

Green chilli chopped (1 or 2 , depends how spicy you want you Chapli kebabs)

Salt – as per taste

Coriander powder 1tbs

Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Paprika powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Gram flour 4 tbsp

Wheat flour 3 tbsp

This recipe makes about 10/15 medium sized kebabs.

Method

Mix all the above ingredients really well. Leave it aside for few hours, over night would be even better.

Shape the mixture into patties.

Heat oil in a deep skillet. Cook patties in the hot oil in batches until charred, 4 to 6 minutes per side.
